LEGAL NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING
AUGUST 10, 2026 @7:00 PM

Please note that the Planning Board of the Town of Geneseo will hold a PUBLIC HEARING for
FINAL APPROVAL of the JACOB VANDEWALKER subdivision at Lima Rd., Geneseo, tax
maps #72.-1-38.22. The total property area is 6.506 acres, to be subdivided into two lots. Lot 1 =
5.392 acres; Jacob Vandewalker will build a house, and Lot 1 = 1.114 acres, which he intends to
sell, pending subdivision action.
Said hearing will be held on the above date and time at the Town Offices, located at 4630
Millennium Drive. All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
Additional information on this project is available via the Town website, from the Code Officer,
or the Town Office.
