LEGAL NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING
AUGUST 10, 2026 @7:00 PM

Please note that the Planning Board of the Town of Geneseo will hold a PUBLIC HEARING for
FINAL APPROVAL of the DONALD BARBER subdivision at Stapley Rd., Geneseo, tax maps
#100.-12-4.1. The total property area is 89.356 acres, to be subdivided into three lots. Lot 1 =
66.128 acres, Lot 2 = 12.469 acres, and Lot 3 = 10.669 acres. Lot 3 will be a family member
building parcel pending subdivision action.
Said hearing will be held on the above date and time at the Town Offices, located at 4630
Millennium Drive. All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
Additional information on this project is available via the Town website, from the Code Officer,
or the Town Office.
