PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

Please note that the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Geneseo will hold the following Public Hearing per Town Law. At the designated date and time, the board will consider an application by Tom Grooms, located at 4673 West Lake Road., Tax Map #82.84-1-18, for a 6-foot area variance lakeside. This variance application aims to build a deck on the lakeside of the house. The proposed project seeks a deviation from the Town zoning code, Table 106, attachment 3 of the Lakeshore Residential District, with a minimum of 15 feet setback. Therefore, the Public Hearing will take place as scheduled.

Beginning at the stated time and location, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hear from anyone supporting or opposing the application mentioned above. Those unable to attend the Public Hearing may submit written comments a week before the hearing, addressed to the Town Office, for the attention of the ZBA. Additionally, the file is available at the Town Office, 4630 Millennium Drive (585-991-5000), by appointment.
