LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 12, 2025, there has been presented to the Board of Trustees of the Town of Geneseo, in the County of Livingston, proposed Local Law No. 1 For the Year 2025. A Local Law to allow for the construction, relaying, repairing, cleaning, and removal of debris and obstructions on sidewalks located in the Town of Geneseo pursuant to the authority and requirements of New York Town Law §§ 200-a and 130(4).

THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Town Board will hold a public hearing on said Local Law at 4:35 P.M. on April 9, 2025, at the Town of Geneseo offices, 4630 Millenium Drive, Geneseo, New York 14454, at which time and place all persons interested will be heard. A copy of the proposed Local Law is on file for public review at the Town Office of the Town of Geneseo during normal business hours.
